St Joans Accommodation
All rooms are on the ground floor of the house, all rooms are furnished and equipped to a high standard.
Bedrooms 3:
1 bedroom with a double bed and en-suite
1 bedroom with a double bed and single bed
1 bedroom with twin beds and an available cot (confirmed when booking)
Bathrooms 2
1 en-suite with bedroom 1, complete with a towel rail, stand in shower, wash basin, toilet, storage cupboards for extra towels.
1 bathroom with toilet, shower, wash basin and towel rail.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has a microwave, oven, dining table, gas cooker, fireplace, fridge and freezer, electric fans, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.
Laundry room or Utility room has a smaller fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment an
industrial sink for cleaning clothes and other large fabrics. Its also a storage facility for cleaning liquids.
Living area furnished with a sofas a coffee table and access to the outdoor patio, entertainment comes in the form of Satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo system and music centre.
The outdoor is a patio and terrace a dining area for barbeque and for eating outside.
Extra towels and linen can be provided on request.
For heating, there is air conditioning in the lounge, however the walls protect the heat from entering in to the house and provide a cool atmosphere in the summer. Heater fans are available for winter months.
Lockable gates keep the garden secure and safe for children, ample parking for several cars and a large garden area for family fun and relaxation, and sun loungers are available.
